Brewed “Raiden-same no Mizu” (the thunder and lightning god’s water, this pilsner is slowly fermented in low temperatures, making it easy to drink, with an emphasis on aroma and a clean finish. The rich malt flavor, refreshing bitterness and aroma of hops expand gently in the mouth.

Junmai Ginjo, Kikusui – 30

Tasting Notes
The clear nectar contained in this gorgeous blue bottle will impress upon you a gentle, fruity aroma and a light dry finish. A charming aspect of Kikusui Junmai Ginjo is that it draws out the inner flavors of accompanying dishes, however there is no single style of cuisine with which it absolutely must be paired. A fine choice for restaurants and beginners to sake.

In pursuit of a impact-laden, magnificent new flavor, the long-beloved brewers of the famous Kubota sake lineup crafted this fine junmai Daiginjo. Has an Elegant nose with notes of pear and melon, with a harmonious acidity and pleasant mouthfeel. Kubota’s distinctive smooth and clean texture and crisp flavor lead into a comfortably long finish.

Bordeaux Cuvee, Marquis de Mons, Margaux, FR 2015 – 65

Tasting Notes
Marquis de Mons is the second wine of the Château La Tour de Mons. It comes from the same terroir and is vinified with as much care as the Grand Vin, and the blend is similar. It uses the younger vines of the estate. Marquis de Mons’ wine style exemplifies balance, with supple tannins and good aromatic expression. It is a wine to enjoy whilst young.

Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby color. It combines on the nose red fruit and floral aromas with a hint of vanilla coming from the oak cask. It is concentrated on the palate with a lovely balance and very pure aromas of ripe fruit. Very clean. Tannins are silky and very well integrated to the wine. Long and nice finish.
