This brewery is a rising start in K-Sool category. Producer’s sole focus is on quality and crafted in traditional fashion. They use special nuruk called Hyang On Gok that incorporates myng beans which delivers superior aromatic than typical nuruk.

Marquis de Mons is the second wine of the Château La Tour de Mons. It comes from the same terroir and is vinified with as much care as the Grand Vin, and the blend is similar. It uses the younger vines of the estate. Marquis de Mons’ wine style exemplifies balance, with supple tannins and good aromatic expression. It is a wine to enjoy whilst young.

Tasting Notes
Lively, medium depth, garnet–red with an intense pink rim. High aromatic intensity with dominating ripe fruit: raspberries, red cherries, wild strawberries and red currants set out against a balsamic background of vanilla, toasted caramel, biscuits, coffee and sweet mints. In the mouth, you can enjoy good acidity, great freshness and balance and mild, friendly tannins.
